Here are a few basic things you’ll need to know to make your stay more enjoyable. Feel free to contact us if you have other questions.

Smart TV
You are welcome to login your own streaming services on the smart TV. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay. Cable TV is not currently provided, but you are welcome to use the Netflix account ‘Guest’ for streaming entertainment.
Front Door Lock
The front door is a multi-latch. When closed and locking, lift handle upward until you hear the top and bottom latches click then turn key clockwise into lock position. Test door level to make sure its locked.
Feel free to use the sliding doors instead if this turns out to be to difficult.
Coffee Maker
The coffee maker is stored in the appliance garage in the corner of the kitchen. Some coffee and tea selection is provided. Coffee mugs are located in the high cabinet next to the appliance garage.
Washer & Dryer
The washer & dryer are located in the utility room behind the kitchen. Clothing detergent has been provided. The dryer is set for wrinkle protection, please keep an eye on your load because it will run endlessly until your remove it.
Nest Thermostat
There are two smart thermostats, one on each floor. This enables the master bedroom to set it’s own temperature. The default is 60° for heating and 75° for cooling and will return to that temperature when you leave for an extended time.
Outdoor Fireplace
You are welcome to use the outdoor fireplace. It is wood burning only, so it requires starter logs. Please keep the fire to no more than 3 logs at a time. The fireplace comes with a tool that can be used to lower and raise a glass or steel grate. There is a small slot on each cover on the right hand side of the hearth. This cover should always be used when in operation.
